职位描述:
provide effective support to the bm team, sales management and daily management of the sales team.
为业务管理团队、销售部经理层和销售团队提供有效支持。
prepare and check contracts with dealers.
负责准备和审核与经销商的合同;
responsible for daft and verify sales contract according to sales policy and succeeding work supporting and follow up, include sales contract filing, speed of processing etc.
负责根据公司销售及相关制度起草和审核销售合同并负责相关的支持和跟踪执行工作,包括销售合同归档和合同执行进度推进等; · assist to complete statistics analyses and reports related to sales contracts.
协助完成和销售合同相关的统计分析和报告。
regularly summarize and analyze sales contract data, create related report.
定期汇总和分析各项销售合同数据,并生成相关分析报告;
drafting, implement and optimize departmental rule and work flow.
参与部门相关流程制度、管理规范的拟定、实施和优化;
filling for business documents, fax, memo, and from internal and external units.
内部和外部文档管理,包括文件、传真等。
acts as a coordinator for sales department and departments.
协调销售部门和其他部门的工作。
related to sales management support and actively complete other work assigned by others.
与销售管理有关的其他支持工作以及积极完成临时交办的其他工作。
above college degree大专以上学历
no less than 3 years related experience, interested in administration, filling and office work. 不少于3年相关经验,兴趣行政管理和办公室工作。
- strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability 较强的逻辑思维和解决问题的能力
- willingness to perform and result orientation坚持以结果为导向
- high ability of execution 具备高效的执行力
