vita student management is looking for highly motivated individuals with the desire to build a career in sales and to assist with the marketing and lettings of its luxury student apartments across the whole of its portfolio.
full training will be provided and no cold calling is required as you will be dealing solely with warm inbound leads.
to be part of the vita student lettings team which provides front line support and pro-active sales to assist with the marketing and letting of student accommodation, to achieve 100% occupancy within the accommodation portfolio for the forthcoming academic year.
1. to be the first point of contact for all student enquiries about the accommodation via telephone and email.
2. to follow up all enquiries and leads with a view to securing lettings for the accommodation.
this role will report directly to the sales manager regarding the letting of the residence. key reporting items will be:
1. number of enquiries and leads
2. number of live leads
3. number of lead conversions
4. number of lettings
5. feedback from student contact
6. any other necessary data or information
reporting will be by way of weekly update meetings, ad-hoc meetings and a pro-forma daily and weekly report.
9:00 – 18:00 monday to friday
you may be required to work weekends to suit the needs of the business, your line manager will discuss and agree with you beforehand.
qualifications: university degree or the equivalent.
experience: sales/ customer service experience would be beneficial. more important is the personal attributes of the candidate outlined below.
communication: must be confident and possess strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner. a personable character is essential as well as the ability to build relationships quickly – face to face, over the phone, or via email.
workload management and approach: must be organized and methodical in approach and also be flexible when dealing with prospective tenants who may have limited times to contact vita student.
professionalism and commitment: punctual and smart in appearance. reliable and can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment ethic. must be target driven and motived by making sales and increasing earnings.
