1. Informs and implements Asia product offer
1）Applies understanding of brand values, market dynamics, consumer target and distribution blueprint to define, inform and develop Nike swim ranges (product strategy, assortment planning and line architecture including size of range)
2） Interprets and applies analysis and research to influence global product development to support Asia growth opportunities and to ensure fact based decision making
3）Contributes to short and long-term business planning relative to product and defines actions to deliver against it (harvest existing and grow new opportunities, core vs seasonal, lifecycle management, flow management)
4） Creates and deliver pricing strategy which considers consumer expectation, competitive set and company margin targets
5） Initiating and managing all SMUs as required throughout the process and liaison with all relevant partners (sales, global product team, sourcing, marketing etc.)
6）Gather market information and provide channel and product strategy to our key accounts.
